The high specification allows the pumps to be manufactured in accordance with 3A and EHEDG certification. They are also suitable for clean in place and sterilisation in place. The design of the pump with it's rotors rotating in opposite directions without contact with each other or the casing means that the rotors do not wear and subsequently contaminate the product. The pump is particularly suited to the Food & Beverage industry for the transfer of fruit and tomato concentrates; mayonnaise; jam and sauces; chocolate cream; wine and beer; fruit juices; yoghurts; homogenized meat; starch; yeast products; ice-cream; syrup and sugar solutions; milk and soft cheese.
Flows of up to 300m³/h can be acheived with a wide range of viscosities.
Low shear and products suseptable to damage can be safely pumped.
