Business activities include rubber moulding, pump assembly and storage and metal component manufacture.


Mono Pumps was established in 1935 and granted one of 4 original licenses for the progressing cavity pump in London. With a history of providing quality products with an unrivalled service, the company aims to be the best in its class by adding value for its customers and stakeholders. Manufacturing on the site began in 1935, and it is now responsible for the production of progressing oilfield products, cavity pumps, components, grinders and screens. The significant investments in people, equipment, tooling and machinery has meant Mono Pumps has become a specialist in machining 316 stainless steel and the site featuring a 6 axis CNC lathe machine.

Mono Pumps’ heritage is built on the progressing cavity pump principle; a single helix rotor that revolves eccentrically inside a double helix stator.
