reliable even for pumping rates as
low as 0,005 l/h
Instead
of having to convert the required
litre capacity per hour into the corresponding
stroke frequency (strokes per minute)
of the pump, all you now need to do
with TrueDos® is enter the litres
per hour. You no longer need either
knowledge of equations or a pocket
calculator. The stroke

adjustment
button is thus consigned to history.
Of course, TrueDos is initially configured
and calibrated at the factory for a
specific maximum litre capacity with
a backpressure of 3 bars. The pump can,
however, be adapted quickly and easily
to the user's own specific process requirements.
The calibration process is also particularly
straightforward. The integrated microelectronics
calculate the correction factor that
is needed and within a few moments the
pump is ready for high-precision operation.
Even inexperienced operators require
only a few minutes to learn the most
important steps.

Primus 208 |
| The
rugged standard version
Our Primus 208 pump is exemplary
in reliability and reduction of costs.
With the trouble-free motor and chemically
resistant enclosure the Primus 208
moves straight forward on its way.
Due to the fail-safety under extreme
climatic conditions as well as in
'rough' industrial surroundings, this
pump is the

for quality
The Primus 221 pumps offer optimum
dosing technology and control safety.
With their resistant plastic enclosure,
they can safely be used for multiple
applications. The innovative drive
technology by ALLDOS and the elaborate
gear kinematics provide soft and low-pulsation
dosing.
Sensitive
sensors monitor the dosing flow and

consequent separation of hydraulics
and electronics, the process is protected
from disturbances.

Piston diaphragm dosing pump KM 250
series |
| The
optimum capacity graduation between
5 and 2 x 1150 l/h makes this series
of extra-rugged dosing pumps stand
out. Three drive sizes as well as
versions with single or double dosing
head are available.
All models are equipped with universally
resistant full Teflon diaphragms as
well as with the patented

very fine graduation. A variety of options
is available, e.g. electric or pneumatic
actuators, frequency motor control,
special dosing heads or a double diaphragm
system with breakage signal.
Reliability
and accuracy: the elaborate combination
•
High
dosing accuracy and exact reproducibility
of the dosing flow. The deviations
in dosing flow constancy and linearity
are below 2%.
•
High
degree of functional safety by standardised
diaphragm breakage system and overpressure
valve.
•
The
pumps can be universally employed
due to the full Teflon dosing diaphragm
and optimum material combinations
of the parts in touch with the media.
•
Very
easy adjustment of the dosing flow:
the dosing flow can be adjusted accurately,
even if the system is not running.
